CAP IN ACTION: OUR MISSION IN MOTION
September Recap | Strong Roots, Bright Futures
As we step into October festivities, we’re taking a moment to celebrate a September filled with new beginnings, meaningful connections, and opportunities to grow! 🌱
Our mission focus last month centered on unity and self-worth, building strong classroom communities, welcoming new students, and reminding every Bruin that they belong, they matter, and they have a bright future ahead.
🐻 Building Community, Creating Connections
From welcoming our Class of 2030 at the Freshman Mixer to bringing our CAP family together for our first-ever Community Fair, September reminded us of the power of connection. Thank you to our families, alumni, staff, local businesses, and community partners for helping make CAP a place where everyone can feel part of something bigger!
🎓 Opening Doors to Bright Futures
Our students explored what comes next at CAP’s College and Career Fair, connecting with 36 colleges and universities, career-focused organizations, all four branches of the military, and community organizations. A special congratulations to two of our seniors who received on-the-spot acceptance to East Stroudsburg University! During College Awareness Week, we continue encouraging our Bruins to dream big and explore the possibilities ahead.
🎶 Learning, Growing & Showing Our Bruin Pride
From our kindergarten students exploring rhythm and music with Mr. Shelley to our fall athletes demonstrating teamwork, perseverance, and school spirit, learning at CAP happens in so many ways! We also celebrated our founder, Mr. Joseph H. Proietta, on receiving the PAHSA Long Term Commitment to Education Award, a meaningful recognition of his lasting impact on education.
🎉 October, Here We Come!
The excitement continues this month! With Spirit Week, upcoming family events, and the opening of our 2027–2028 applications on October 15, there’s plenty to look forward to. We can’t wait to keep making memories, building connections, and celebrating all the ways our Bruins learn, lead, and thrive.
Every day, we’re growing together, strengthening our community, and bringing our mission to life.
