1. Access the Powerschool Enrollment website (Link to TBA).
2. For new accounts, you will need to click Create Account.
3. You will receive an email stating that you have successfully created your secure family account and can now complete online forms for Community Academy of Philadelphia. To sign in, you'll be asked for your email address and the password you selected when the account was created.
4. Enter the following required information to continue. This account is meant to be created by an adult family member. Creating only one account per household is important so the system can save and access your information correctly.
Don't Have an Email Address? You will need to obtain a free email account through Google or Yahoo.
5. Once you complete your application, you will be brought to the "Next Steps" screen. Here, you can print a copy for your records.
6. You will receive an email stating the Intent to Register has been submitted to the Community Academy of Philadelphia.
7. If you have to make any adjustments to your data, you must contact the Admissions office at 215-533-6700.
8. If you want to Complete an Intent to Register for another applicant you can click "Application" under number 2 on the "Next Steps" screen.
Finally, confirm all the information is correct and click on the "Submit" box, at the right of the page.
WARNING: DON'T FORGET TO CLICK THE "SAVE & SIGN OUT" BUTTON WHEN FINISHED, ESPECIALLY WHEN USING A SCHOOL OR PUBLIC COMPUTER. THIS WILL ENSURE THAT YOUR INFORMATION REMAINS SECURE. Save & Sign Out can be found by clicking the circular button with your initials at the top right of the screen.
