1. Access the Powerschool Enrollment website with the URL link provided by the school to apply.
We recommend using Chrome as your browser.
 
2. For new accounts, you'll see a message prompting you to start a new application. 
 
3. For accounts with existing records, click on the "Add/Edit New Student Application" box, on the far right. 
 
4. Make sure to select a student info box, fill out the required information (marked with a star), and complete all the steps. Or use the "Add another Student" option. 
 
5. If you want to continue the application another time, select the option to "Save Progress." A Draft will be created to continue later. 
 
Finally, confirm all the information is correct and click on the "Submit" box, at the right of the page. 
 
  • An application is not a guarantee of admission.
 
  • Only ONE application will be accepted per child.

  • Students can enroll from the age of 5 through graduation from High School or the age of 21.

  • CAP is open to all children who reside in this Commonwealth; this also includes foreign language students.

  • Students must be five years of age by September 1st of the year they are applying.

  • Siblings: Siblings must apply through the application process. A Sibling Lottery will be held in the event there are more siblings applying than seats available in any particular grade. All Sibling applications will be verified.

  • To qualify for the sibling lottery your child must meet one of the following criteria defined below*:

          1. A child living in the same home and sharing the same guardian.

          2. Biological/adoptive sibling

          3. Step-siblings residing in the same household

          4. Foster children residing in the same household

* Step-siblings residing in different households will not be considered for the sibling lottery*

  • Once the lottery and waiting list are generated, parents/guardians are informed via email/text as appropriate.

  • If a child is not admitted within the school year, a parent/guardian must re-apply for the lottery for the next school year.
