Last night, our CAP community gathered for an unforgettable evening at the 2nd Annual CAP High School Festival of the Arts! This year’s theme, Kaleidoscope of Dreams, came to life in a vibrant showcase filled with families, friends, students, and staff, all there to celebrate the incredible talents of our Bruins.
The Art Show, led by High School Art Teacher Michael Gaffney and his students, transformed the gym into a gallery of creativity. From intricate designs to bold, imaginative pieces, each work reflected the passion, vision, and dedication of our student artists. Just steps away, the Spring Concert brought the stage to life with powerful performances in music, dance, poetry, and more, captivating the audience from beginning to end. Our student MCs kept the energy high, creating a seamless and engaging experience throughout the night.
This extraordinary event was made possible by the dedication of our staff, including Dr. Jennifer Ferris (Latin Dance and Spring Concert planning), Ms.Kelly Dolan (Choir and Piano), Ms. Haley Lund (Step Team and Poetry), Dr. Elizabeth McCluskey (CAP Quartet), Mr. Ed Pratowski (Drumline), and Mr. Michael Gaffney (Art Show), along with the many others who supported both on stage and behind the scenes. Special thanks to our stage crew, environmental science students for their creative Earth Day décor, and all who helped bring this vision to life.
A heartfelt shoutout to our seniors, this final spring showcase was a beautiful reflection of your growth, talent, and impact on our school community. You’ve helped shape what this event has become, and your presence will be deeply missed.
We are so proud of our students and grateful to everyone who made the night such a meaningful celebration. We’re already looking forward to next year! 💙💛
