Last week, our high school students had the exciting opportunity to attend the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg. This educational field trip allowed students to explore the many facets of agriculture, sustainability, and food production across the Commonwealth.
While at the Farm Show, students experienced interactive exhibits, learned about agricultural science and technology, and gained insight into a wide range of career paths connected to farming, environmental stewardship, and agribusiness. The trip provided a meaningful, hands-on learning experience that connected classroom concepts to real-world applications and highlighted the importance of agriculture in Pennsylvania’s economy and daily life.
We are grateful for opportunities like this that allow our students to learn beyond the classroom and engage with enriching experiences throughout the state.
