Parking in our Lot

Parking in our lot is by permit only, therefore, it is important that your permit is visible. A number of spaces are marked "reserved" and are assigned. Employees with reserved spaces have been notified. If you have a reserved spot and find that someone has parked there leave a message with the front security desk so it can be addressed. However, as you can understand, circumstances may not allow an immediate response. Therefore park in an unassigned space until the situation can be resolved. Any questions regarding parking, including replacement permits, should be forwarded to Mr. Casanas by email. Parking maps are available on the second floor information area, on display in the main lobby and the second floor staff room.

The use of the parking area is at your own risk. CAP will not be responsible for damage or theft from any vehicle. Parking in our lot is a privilege. CAP reserves the right to search all vehicles using our lot. Staff members using the lot must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance on file in the Business Office. Failure to comply will result in your lot privileges being revoked.

The Erie Ave gate will remain open until 8:10am during school hours. After 8:10am all vehicles must enter and leave via the K Street gate. During the arrival times of 7:45am until 8:10am only vehicles with visible parking permits are allowed in the main parking area. For the safety of our students all traffic is prohibited from entering or leaving the lot during dismissal from 2:45pm until 3:10pm (12:15pm to 12:40pm on "B" schedule). Please keep these times in mind when scheduling appointments.
