Enrollment Information
Each year Applications of Intent to Enroll are available and accepted during the period of December 15th and March 31st. All applications must be complete and received by the March 31st deadline in order to be accepted. Incomplete or inaccurate applications cannot be accepted. For applications for prospective Kindergarten students, the child must be five years of age by September 1st of the school year you are applying for.
Annual Application Window
The application window for the 2010-2011 school year is now closed and we are currently working off the lottery based waiting list. Applications for the 2011-2012 school year will be available from December 15th, 2010 to March 31st, 2011. Thank you!
Application of Intent to Enroll
Parents or guardians must complete an Application of Intent to Enroll for each child they wish to enroll. Applications will be only considered complete when submitted with the following attachments:
- Proof of Age: a photocopy of prospective student’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport. (hospital records are not valid)
- Proof of Residency: a photocopy of a utility bill, vehicle registration, lease or mortgage statement.
- A photocopy of prospective student’s Social Security Card
