Applications for admission is now open for the 2014-2015 school year. Applications will be available
for the Elementary grades K-8 until January 31, 2014. We will continue accepting applications for
grades 9 through 12 until September 1, 2014. You are welcomed to download an application from our
website or you may pick one up from our main lobby from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Our first lottery will take place February 5-7, 2014 for admission for the following September. A second lottery will be held in April (if necessary). All parents will be notified of the date and time of our public lottery via mail. An application is not a guarantee of admission. Students are admitted depending upon the number of slots that are available for each grade. A separate lottery will be held for siblings of current Community Academy of Philadelphia students.
In order to enroll in a kindergarten class, children must be five years of age by September 1st.
You will be notified by mail as to whether or not your child has been admitted. If your child is not admitted and you are still interested in having him/her attend CAP, you must re-apply for the next school year.
Applications for grades K-8 for the 2014-2015 school year will not be accepted after 2:00 pm on January 31, 2014.
